Customer Attitudes are directly related to customer behaviors. Ensuring that there is a well-grounded customer attitude, is important due to the fact that customers tend to have a buyers reaction based on what they think and most importantly how they feel.

This works similarly in the industry of marketing consulting, especially because customer behavior is almost always directly related to TRUST! If a customer trusts your work, they are most likely to invest in the service.

Marketing consulting works a bit differently than simply selling a product, due to the fact that the customer attitude must remain positive for a longer period of time, to impact the buying behavior. For example, going into a coffee shop, liking the coffee, and therefore purchasing it, is more of a short-lived exchange. It only requires the positive customer attitude for a short period, while investing in a marketing consulting firm is long term.

A customer must be content, and maintain trust, in order to remain willing to sign on, spend money and actually use the recommendations provided. Most importantly, a positive customer attitude, will affect whether that customer will be a long-term customer, and will believe in the value of the consulting services.

In conclusion, ensuring constant customer satisfaction and trust, will directly impact the choices that the customer will make regarding a product or service.
